I attended a weekend-long sign painting workshop at Bohemia Signs in San Francisco, CA. Throughout the workshop, I learned to paint various alphabets, prepare boards, and practice the foundational strokes of brush lettering. We focused on sign painters' favorite "casual" or "speed" letters, as well as single-stroke sans-serif letters and twisting serifs.

However, I chose to take a creative detour, using an Art Deco font like Copasetic NF. After laying out my designs and creating patterns, I painted them in enamel on a 10” x 24” board.
