I designed this flyer for Lyneesia, a realtor at Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She requested a redesign of a previous flyer, aiming for something more vibrant and inviting. I delivered two unique iterations, along with postcard-sized versions, providing her with flexible options for marketing her services. She was thrilled with the results, praising the fresh, eye-catching designs.

I chose pictures to capture San Francisco’s colorful city and used light colors like a soft blue to have a nice flow.
